Related Departments
Many students find that the Business major - MDS minor and the MDS major - Business minor are attractive pairings. In particular, such a combination provides a very strong background for future MBA applicants. Students interested in pursuing one of these options (or, with sufficient advanced placement credits, a double major in Business and MDS) should include the following courses in their two years of General College study:
Stat 31, OR 41, Math 31, 32, and Stat 101.
Students may then proceed to satisfy the major and/or minor requirements in the two subjects without taking either Math 22 or Bus 24. See also MDS major or MDS minor requirements.
