Education:
B.S. (1997) , Fudan University; Ph.D. (2002), the University of Chicago.

Professional Background:

My current research has two main themes. One is spatial statistics, in particular spatial sampling design with applications in monitoring network design, and parameter estimation of covariance parameters of spatial processes under fixed-domain asymptotics. The other is time series analysis, in particular statistical modeling of Internet traffic, with applications in intrusion detection. I am also interested in spatio-temporal models and multivariate analysis.
